You create your own profile

Payments and contracts are handled through the platform with built-in protection

If you’re unsure about your payout status, see a delay, or notice something unusual

They’ll look into your account and help troubleshoot the issue.

💬 Where should communication happen?
Before a project is live, keep all communication on the Hiry platform
Once the project is started and approved by both sides, you're free to use the client’s preferred tools:
Slack, Notion, Email, etc.

📝 What happens after I agree to work with a client?
Once you and a client come to an agreement:
Go to Projects → Start a New Project
Fill in all key details (title, rate, payment model, deliverables, etc.)
Both sides must review and accept the offer
Only then should work officially begin
🚫 Do not start working or send deliverables until the project is accepted and payment terms are clear.
